- Reason for attending MapNet
- An abstract submission must be included in the application. (See below for information).
Abstract Submission
Open until 9th October 2026
We are accepting abstracts for two talk formats:
- 15 minute Full talk; As a guide plan to give a 12 minute presentation with 3 minutes for questions.
- 5 minute Flash talk; As a guide plan to give a 5 minute presentation. Attendees to approach speakers after session with questions.
Please note that we won’t accept abstracts without a conference registration (unless abstract is submitted with a student grant application).
We will try to accommodate all abstract submissions within the presentation schedule, however if we receive more abstracts than there are available times we will not be able to provide a presentation opportunity for everyone. If this is the case you may be offered a 5 minute flash talk rather than a 15 minute full talk.
